Vero? For $35?

I am pretty sure that there is a Vero dollhouse for sale on Craigslist for $35, http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/mld/tag/2847815524.html. Since I now have miniature houses taking over my house, I will not be buying this one (but it looks like a DDR Vero!). I will now practice self-discipline and not buy this house (but it looks like a DDR Vero!).

Another introduction

I have collected vintage and modern dollhouses, miniature buildings, and miniature furniture for the past 20 years. I have a background in art and theater (set design and directing), but my career is in another field.  I love the fact that modern, serious, miniature architecture and interior design (as well as the fun, not-so-serious, world of dollhouses) is thriving, not just in the U.S., but universally (well, at least in our galaxy).  I am inspired by "Mini Dork" at "Modern Mini Houses," with her bold, fearless approach to miniature design.  I am also inspired by: "Call of the Small," with her professional styling of miniature scenes and houses;  and "Mini Modern" with her sooooo elegant, polished, and warm, miniature designs (and I am delighted by the fire she is lighting under dollhouse companies to produce 21st century houses). The world of miniature blogs, however, would not be complete without Rick's whimsical, and instructive "A Home for Dolly," or Florine's warm and happy, "My Vintage Dollhouses," or the fun and extremely informative blog "Casey's Minis" (I am sure Hollywood must be in Tessie's future). There are many more blogs about miniatures, architecture and design that inspire, amuse and awe me on a daily basis.  I know that I have some large (or should I say "miniature"?) shoes to fill, but my only goal is that this blog brings some fun and beauty to whoever reads it.
