Here is the original bracelet:
Little reading lamp:
Folding chairs, folding ladders, and "metal" guard rails:
These fellows were included:
(Fortunately, the little guys next door graciously took the action figures.)
Wishing you only good things, Neen
Hi Neen! I think that you found some pretty neat stuff and I have to say that I would never have thought of looking at those action figures. Nabbing their accessories was worth it though, good for you! Love the little light and the bracelet was a clever find too. Well done! :D

Thank you Elizabeth! I have a lot of fun at dollar stores. (I have to say that those action figures were not the prettiest, to say the least.... )

SCORE!
ReplyDeleteI think I did! Thank you CM, xx
DeleteRecycler les jouets en plastique est un gentil challenge. J'en ai des cartons pleins et j'adore plonger dedans. On ne voit jamais les objets de la même façon d'un jour à l'autre et tous les détournements sont possibles....

Dominique,
DeleteRecreating the world in miniature using everyday objects is the most exciting part of the miniaturist hobby for me. I think deviant art is probably akin to that, or maybe it's the same thing. At any rate, it makes a good break from work!☺️Xx
shame we do not have dollar stores here, we have pound shops but I never find brilliant stuff like you find
ReplyDeleteDebbie, I would trade the dollar stores to live in England! My love of miniatures was born there when I was a little girl visiting my grandparents in London. The news shop at the corner carried dollhouse furniture, and every penny I had went to buy pieces of it. That shop was magical to me! xx
DeleteI wish we had a dollar tree. I never pick up cool items like these =0/ Clever idea with the bracelet and frame =0)
ReplyDeletePepper, next year I will go to the Kensington Doll House show with you, and then you can come visit and we will go to all the dollar stores! Actually, that would be great! ☺️ Xx
DeleteGreat ideas! I would love to find one of those tiny reading lamps at my dollar store! xo Jennifer
ReplyDeleteI think Dollar Tree found some in a backroom and put them out for sale because they are not advertising the lights in their catalogue. Same thing with the bracelet, they were unadvertised. I love the Dollar Tree, I always come way with so many ideas! xx
DeleteGreat purchases. I wish we had these stores here. I love the reading lamp.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Drora
Drora, I think we are going to have to get Dollar Tree to go international! Xx
DeleteMy next stop is to find a Dollar Tree and see if I can come up with some of these beautiful ideas such as yours! Awesome!
ReplyDeleteThank you for such a nice comment! You are so creative, I can't wait to see what you do with Dollar Tree items! xx
DeleteHey! I never thought of using a light up bracelet! Cool idea!
ReplyDeleteThanks gm! I have a lot of trouble with wiring for lights so I am always looking for LED lighting. xx
DeleteGreat purchases and just like Drora, I also wish we had these stores here. I've missed this blogpost, because I have problems with my readers list, it doesn't show up new updates to me now and than. It's very annoying :(!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Ilona
I also have problems with Blogger showing blogs. Thanks for finding my post! Xx
